Diversity and Puentes

Our dedication to diversity speaks for itself; it’s even in our name Puentes Abroad.  “Puentes” - meaning “bridges” in Spanish - are what we strive to build when we connect students and young professionals from all over the world with engaging internships and immersion experiences with Argentine and Uruguayan companies and organizations.

Before there were planes, trains, or automobiles, there were bridges.  Bridges were the only way to connect two different cultures in order to facilitate trade, knowledge exchange, and meaningful bonds.  Bridges changed history by making the world an increasingly connected community.  At Puentes we still believe bridges have that power.  We have dedicated our lives to building communities and creating connections for people from all walks of life so that they can gain international experience and return home - or adventure further abroad - with new perspectives and rich insights about themselves and the world around them.
