All Buenos Aires students and interns will be going to an “estancia” (ranch) to experience the countryside lifestyle for the day. Upon arrival to the ranch, we will devour empanadas and get the chance to ride horses as well as have an introductory experience of the sport of polo. We will then have a big “asado” lunch (with vegetarian options). In the afternoon we will have more time to explore the estancia and play soccer, volleyball, board games, and other activities. Before departing back to Buenos Aires city, we will all enjoy a tasty “merienda” together.
