This institute is an independent and non-profit research center specializing in the study of the labor market, educational and vocational training system, social security, healthcare, and social assistance. Possible Intern Roles:

Economic Analysis intern

The intern will have the unique opportunity to contribute to research endeavors focusing on the labor market, educational systems, social security, healthcare, and social assistance policies in Argentina and Latin America. Responsibilities will include quantitative and qualitative analyses to support research initiatives related to social development policies; gathering and synthesizing data for economic research projects, contributing to the formulation of well-informed policy recommendations; staying abreast of economic trends and policy developments; and working closely with the interdisciplinary team to contribute to technically rigorous policy proposals. The role will also include preparing reports, presentations, and documentation summarizing research findings for internal and external stakeholders.

Suggested Spanish level: Basic
Candidate requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Public Policy, or a related field, Strong analytical and quantitative skills, Excellent research and data interpretation abilities, Familiarity with economic and social policy concepts, Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools is a plus, Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
