The intern will assist with preparing deliverables for clients, focusing on business intelligence and due diligence, and supporting other projects as required. He or she will conduct research on companies, individuals, and events using a wide array of sources (public and private databases and government registries, the Internet, open media, and through key source interviews). The intern will need to identify gaps in knowledge and creatively seek to close them, Lastly, the intern will research projects through to completion and corroborate findings using various sources.

In this challenging position, the intern will be responsible for the research of different projects. He or she will also proofread English drafts to check English grammar and support the rest of the Corporate Governance team with work on other consulting projects.
