The real estate tech startup is a digital ecosystem for housing rentals that connects property owners, renters, and real estate agents in order to provide a rental experience that is safer, more practical, and online. Similar to AirBnB, the startup has improved and modernized renting, but instead of short-term or holiday bookings, it specializes in long-term rental contracts. The team assists in matching renters with their dream house, matching property owners with vetted renters, and streamlining the bureaucratic, legal, and logistical processes that go into such contracts. The real estate tech startup will provide interns with close mentorship by the co-founders of the company, an opportunity to become immersed in the real-estate industry and the tech startup sector, and a chance to put technical skills into practice.

Our mentors were always very approachable and willing to meet with us to discuss our progress! Everyone is really warm and excited to bring people into the family!” - Colton B., Monitoring and Evaluation Intern, from Princeton University
