Possible Intern Roles:
MARKETING INTERN
The intern will research, conceptualize, and propose marketing strategies to help the company grow in existing and new markets. The project will focus on ideating and proposing recommendations for the new role of community outreach manager.
The intern may also create a Guerrilla Marketing Campaign in which he or she will:
- highlight partnerships to pursue
- research, develop and present a creative story to draw people in.
The campaign will be two-fold, focusing internally (on residents) and externally (on investors).

Candidate requirements: Creativity, strong research skills, interest in building and community development.
BUSINESS ANALYSIS INTERN
The intern will work together with the company’s founder and CEO to research, analyze, and develop new business opportunities for the company’s expansion in Latin America. The intern’s project may focus on geographical expansion and/or expansion into new business units.
Suggested Spanish level: Basic
Candidate requirements: Interest in real estate and business. Strong analytical skills and an innovative spirit.
