BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN
This role would be the most direct role in terms of working with the director. This is the area we most lack as a company, is developing partners, sponsors, and in general, exploring ways to capitalize on revenue streams.
Suggested Spanish level: Advanced
Candidate requirements: Business background, technical background, ability to design and develop presentations, an eye for aesthetics, good communication skills.
RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS INTERN
We could very much use a technical intern who could spend time really scoping the environment for the proper research to support our claims to enter into certain sub-markets in esports. This person would have endless supplies of subjects to research as the infrastructure is extremely green still in LATAM. Subjects could go from researching the visitor outreach for mid sized tournaments, to how streams are being watched and what subject matter, how to extract data from the platforms in order to better market and sell to sponsors, it really is endless.
Suggested Spanish level: Intermediate
Candidate requirements: A research background, one that highlights ones ability to really dig deep and ask the right questions and understand data. Someone in data science, marketing, or even someone with a more technical background in social or natural sciences.
COORDINATION AND SERVICE INTERN
This role is more of a logistical role, it would be great to have an expert "supply chain" master who could more efficiently put together schedules and manage them within timeslots and make better use of times. This would be a high paced, organized, logistical role. This could be in terms of scheduling streaming times for different esports or channels or programs, or even in physical events, could mean assisting in the logistics of driving the event forward.
Suggested Spanish level: Basic
Candidate requirements: No specific background, this would be a person who could definitely learn applications quickly and understand how to better resolve scheduling issues, logistical issues, communication issues, within the team and with outside parties.
