The impact consulting firm seeks to enable organizations to generate new opportunities for all sectors of society, by tackling social exclusion to restore dignity and untap potential. Efforts are focused on improving slums and delivering pragmatic solutions that link the public and private sector to create sustainable change. Their goal is to co-create systemic, strategic, and large-scale solutions to the profound problems of the marginalized sectors of society. The aim is to make this happen by building powerful cross-sector partnerships which take a collaborative and strategic approach to tackling poverty by working with partners who provide innovative, rigorously person-centered solutions. Since 2016, the organization has been engaged in a 5-year, US$450 million budget project to work alongside the over 400 people that make up the Secretariat of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires in order to integrate the slum “Villa 31” into the city; both physically, in terms of infrastructure and housing services, and socially, in terms of education, employment, and support, in order to undertake the integration process as effectively, efficiently, and sustainably as possible.
