This is an organization made up of young volunteers alongside residents of under-resourced communities in Latin America. Through their joint action, they seek to eradicate the extreme poverty in which millions of people live. They prioritize collaborating with the residents of these communities and working with one another to improve the conditions of their neighborhoods. They diagnose issues and come up with solutions focused on increasing community infrastructure and habitability in these neighborhoods.
The organization envisions and strives to create an equal and fair society in which all people can fully exercise their rights and have the opportunity to develop their abilities. They believe that if they take action, they can construct a city that all people would be happy to live in.

In the words of past interns:
“Amazing team. Very welcoming. I appreciated how they invited me to other Community Development Organization Argentina events and volunteer opportunities.” - Carina F, Social Research Center Intern from UCLA
“100% Recommend! A phenomenal work environment. It's a young office so it's always very talkative and engaging. I loved going in to the office every day. Also a strong support system, you can go to anyone with a question and they are there to answer it. Plus the work hours are very flexible and allow you to do your work in the best way for you. My internship placement couldn't have been more perfect- I learned valuable political context, grew my Spanish research and analysis skills, and made some lifelong friendships in my workplace. Truly an 11/10 summer, I already can't wait to go back to Buenos Aires.” - Caroline I, Research and Analysis Intern from UCLA
